We take great pride in achieving the highly coveted Exceeding National Quality Standard rating from the Australian Children’s Education and Care Quality Authority(ACECQA) for our centre.
For a childcare centre to be rated as exceeding the NQF overall, it must meet or exceed standards in all seven quality areas, with at least four of these areas rated as exceeding and at least two of these areas being Quality Areas 1, 5, 6, or 7.

Bright ELC is a government-funded kindergarten provider, offering a high-quality program for 3 & 4-year-old children. As part of the Victorian Kindergarten Reform, The Victorian Government will provide funding directly to participating kindergarten programs, so families will not have to pay any extra costs. If your child attends a kindergarten program in a long day care center, the $2,000 Free Kinder subsidy will cover the cost of the kindergarten program component of your fees.

We cater to children aged from six weeks to school age. For children aged three to four years old our state-funded kindergarten is implemented by two qualified kindergarten teachers.

We offer three types of long daycare; full time, part-time, and occasional. Our full-time session runs throughout our centre’s operation time of 7am to 6:30pm, Monday to Friday. If you are looking for certain days of the week, we have a part-time option to suit your schedule.
Talk to our staff about our different services and how they can suit your scheduling needs. For newcomers, we do recommend enrolling your child for at least two days a week, to help them settle and ease into the environment smoother for educators and other children.
However, if your weekly schedule becomes uncertain and is subject to change, we can accommodate your child with an occasional daycare option. This option is subject to availability, so please talk to our centre director for more information.
Covid-19 is a highly contagious disease and we understand the risks with children. At Bright ELC, we do our utmost to sanitise the centre hourly, maintain social distancing, and limit group size and the number of adults in the centre.
