Routines. Oh, how that word reminds us of our own parents nagging us on the “proper” way of doing things. We tend to think that “routines” are something grown-ups enforce to make their children more behaved and well-adjusted. But there is more to routines than just moulding a child’s behaviour. As it turns out, routines […]

In today’s connected world of streaming on-demand services like Netflix and internet accessibility, it is so tempting to give your child a device to distract them. However, we know that doing so will be very harmful to their attention span, mental […]
Here is what Bright ELC parents have to say about us
"My son is a picky eater, but his transition from eating no food to trying out new food is really amazing! And it was only possible because of the constant encouragement by his teachers."

"I would like to thank your teams effort for settling John there. I would like to thank Stephanie for doing an amazing job in teaching lthe ABC song it was a great job. She also did a great job to toilet train him. Thanks Stephanie, it was hard for us when we tried earlier but now he is so much aware and tells me when he wants to go to the toilet. He has also started speaking fluently in English. And of course your yummy food you serve the kids are really great. My elder daughter says she missed this chance she is very curious to know the food you prepare each day. Kudos to your team."
Beena (mother of John)
"I would like to thank everyone who supported Senuki . Especially Stephanie and Daphne you both were like a mother to her. She's always talking about the both of you. She said “I am going to miss Stephanie and Daphne”. At last I wish you all good luck."
"I couldn't be happier to find Bright ELC, from the 1st impression, I had nothing but friendliness. I'm a picky mum, when to leave my child with someone, and my 2 years' experience with Bright ELC is 5 stars. My daughter feels at home and feels safe, the connections between educators and the children are strong, the educators always update me with the development, daily activities and not to mention the meals they provide, my daughter is loving it! The centre itself, always clean, colourful, spacious and bright. I'm happy to see my daughter is looking forward to going to her room when I drop her off. For me, it's a sign that she feels happy, safe and connected. Thank you for giving us the feeling of being a part of "BIG FAMILY.""
Adina (mother of Laticia)
"We have been with Bright ELC almost 5 years since my elder son's time. The fantastic early learning centre with newly established buildings, neat and tidy rooms and spacious outdoor play areas. Well trained, experienced and friendly staff are an important part of the centre which we like the most."
Thazin (Mother of Jeff and Matt)
"I started at Bright when my 1st born Esther turned 2 yo (she's now 4 yo & in kinder). Since day one, she has been enjoying her journey there. Her younger sister Mikaela started last year when she turned one. I was kind of worried a little bit that she wouldn't settle down as quickly as her sister. However, Bright ELC has a lot of regular staff which made a huge difference in settling down a little child. Seeing familiar faces gave her 'peace of mind'. And of course, the carers are very attentive and caring, lots of fun activities, a very clean environment indoor & outdoor and not to forget good food. As a mom, I do trust Bright ELC in looking after the wellbeing of both of my children. Thank u Bright!"
Fiona (mother of Esther and Mikaela)

We cater to children aged from six weeks to school age. For children aged three to four years old our state-funded kindergarten is implemented by two qualified kindergarten teachers.
More information on our programmes here.
We offer three types of long daycare; full time, part-time, and occasional. Our full-time session runs throughout our centre’s operation time of 7am to 6:30pm, Monday to Friday. If you are looking for certain days of the week, we have a part-time option to suit your schedule.
Talk to our staff about our different services and how they can suit your scheduling needs. For newcomers, we do recommend enrolling your child for at least two days a week, to help them settle and ease into the environment smoother for educators and other children.
However, if your weekly schedule becomes uncertain and is subject to change, we can accommodate your child with an occasional daycare option. This option is subject to availability, so please talk to our centre director for more information.
Covid-19 is a highly contagious disease and we understand the risks with children. At Bright ELC, we do our utmost to sanitise the centre hourly, maintain social distancing, and limit group size and the number of adults in the centre.
