I appreciate your team’s effort in settling John. Special thanks to Stephanie for teaching him the ABC song and successfully toilet training him—it was a challenge for us, but now he tells us when he needs to go. He’s also speaking English fluently. The food is fantastic—my elder daughter wishes she had the same experience. Kudos to your team!

“I would like to thank everyone who supported Senuki . Especially Stephanie and Daphne you both were like a mother to her. She’s always talking about the both of you. She said “I am going to miss Stephanie and Daphne”. At last I wish you all good luck.”

Both our children attended Bright ELC for the past 6 years. We are truly grateful for all the caring, dedicated educators/staff whom took great care of our kids. Our children loved their time here. I could always drop them off knowing they will be well looked after at Bright. We highly recommend this ELC!
Strongly recommended. We had excellent experience with Bright Early Learning Centre Glen Waverley including amazing teachers that support our child. Excellent arrangement including indoor and outdoor activities for kids, support for parents and kids. Special Thanks to Sineka, Amy, Jenny !
We had an excellent experience with Bright ELC, GW. When we started here, it was the first time for our little one to step out of the home into somebody else’s care, and the amazing staff quickly helped our kid settle down and get into a routine. The engagement, neighbourhood walks, play, learning, food - everything here is very enjoyable for kids. The educators keep parents actively informed about the progress of their children and are a pleasure to talk to.Our little one loved being here and we have had a very positive experience engaging with Bright. Big thanks to all the staff, you are rockstars !
Can't speak highly enough of Bright ELC. Staff at Bright have gone out of the way to support our child. They are always willing to help and support according to the childs needs. They are friendly, inclusive, communicate well with parents and maintain a clean environment for the kids. We feel blessed and safe sending our child to Bright ELC. Thanks to each and every staff at Bright ELC. Big thanks to Jenny, Steph, Pam and Nilu for all the support.
Both my children attended this centre for more than a year and had a really happy journey there. I am extremely pleased with the level of care and attention my children received at this center. The staff is patient, kind, and genuinely invested in the children's well-being. The activities are engaging, age-appropriate, and help foster creativity and confidence. Thank you for creating such a positive environment for my children.
Update (20-Nov):*Start*Our daughter is now in primary school and we now have our 3.5 year old son going to Bright. While there have been a few changes since our daughter was there, we are just as happy as we were on day 1.Mei, Vincent and Jenny are an amazing leadership team for the centre and Prabha, Stephanie (who was also our daughter's educator), Amy and all the amazing educators do great work with our son 😊.Thank you for everything you do, we are grateful for your amazing team.*End*My wife and I visited Bright when looking for a centre closer to home for our daughter who had just turned 3. As we both work full time and our daughter would be spending 5 days there, it was important to us that we felt confident.During our visit numerous things made us feel confident straight away.1. The centre is managed by the owners who are closely involved with the staffing and running of the centre. We really liked that aspect and believed that not only it meant a much more stable environment, it would also cultivate a team of motivated and committed staff.2. There is a good cultural diversity. After we parked the car, a few girls around our daughter’s age saw us from the outdoor play area and waved at us enthusiastically. We were positive our daughter would be able to make friends easily at the centre.3. The rooms are clean and well equipped. We noticed a lot of thought and care was put into the rooms from the variety of toys and the detailed decoration.4. Parking and traffic is great and not affected by peak hour traffic. Easy access both drop off and pick up.At her previous centre, it took our daughter about 3 months to finally stop crying profusely at drop off. We were anxious about her reaction to change, however Mei and Vincent provided the opportunity for us to be involved in her orientation (I spent some time at an excursion with them). This time, it only took her a few days, she was immediately taken with the new toys at orientation and liked the idea of “going to new childcare”. She was introduced a buddy to help her settle in. She would come home and tell us about what she learnt and how much fun she had that day. She has since made many friends and even a “best friend” who we organise play dates outside of childcare. She also loves the food there and has multiple serves everyday. One big difference we noticed at pick up is that kids are often sitting in a circle with the main educator ,Stephanie, playing games, reading and singing. This is very different from the previous childcare where kids are just off playing on their own. Although free play is also great for development, I strongly believe that this helps with inclusiveness and give kids the tools to then make friends and play together during free play. I can also see that educators make a lot more effort at this centre in education even right down to pick up time.9 months in and we cannot be happier. Well done Mei, Vincent and all educators and staff for running a great centre.
My son started at Bright Early Learning Centre on October 20, and he’s been settling in really well thanks to the amazing teachers. The environment is lovely, and they even take the kids to the park from time to time to explore nature, which I think is great. There are lots of fun music and sports activities, and my son absolutely loves them. The food is pretty good too — every afternoon when I pick him up, I can smell the delicious meals they’ve cooked!Overall, we’re really happy with this centre. My son enjoys going every day, and that makes us feel very安心. Highly recommend!
We are truly grateful for the wonderful care our child receives at Bright. The teachers are responsible, attentive, and genuinely caring. Every day, we see our child happy, safe, and thriving, which means so much to us as parents.Whenever we have any concerns, the teachers always communicate with us promptly and provide great support. Their patience and professionalism make us feel very reassured. We feel completely confident and at ease leaving our child in your care.
Bright ELC definitely lives up to its exceeding rating! It’s only been a month since our son started, but everything has gone really smoothly. The admin team and owner are super friendly and always happy to help with any questions or requests. Our little one loves going every day—he enjoys the food, and the educators are so caring and patient with the kids. The teacher-to-child ratio is great, especially for the younger ones, and we really appreciate how respectful they are about privacy, especially when it comes to taking photos. We couldn’t be happier! 🙂
Great centre! Highly recommend it!

Early childhood isn’t about textbooks and classes. The best way for young children to learn is through play-based learning, where they develop foundational skills through exploration and experience.

Our centre is designed to support play-based learning in both small and large group settings, indoors and outdoors.

Ask our educators about how play-based learning is integrated into your child’s daily routine.

The Early Years Learning Framework is an Australian Government guideline ensuring quality early childhood education programs for toddlers to five-year-olds and supporting their transition to school.

It emphasizes play-based learning, communication, language development (including early literacy and numeracy), and social and emotional growth.

Our trained educators integrate literacy and numeracy skills into a rich play-based program using intentional teaching methods.

We offer a variety of extracurricular activities like Music & Movement, Arts & Craft, Cooking, Community Outreach, and Junior Science, all designed to build numeracy and literacy skills in a fun, engaging way.

Every child is unique in how they interact with others. We take misbehaviour seriously, especially issues like biting, bullying, and pushing.

Our educators are trained in behaviour management and redirection techniques, focusing on positive reinforcement and teaching social skills.

We emphasize teamwork and play, working to resolve conflicts and ensure a safe, supportive environment for all children.
